Our History
S.M. Osgood Company was founded in 1961 by Bud Osgood in Minnesota. Bud partnered with many start up companies in the surrounding area that have gone on to grow and thrive, some of which we still represent today. Bud eventually sold the company to three partners who would go on to establish an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, making SMO 100% Employee Owned. Over the years, S.M. Osgood has grown exponentially and continues to service our manufacturers and customers at the highest professional level.

With a warehouse strategically located in Elkhart, Indiana to serve our clients, we're able to provide a full suite of services including sales, warehousing, delivery, product support, marketing and design.
