Sales & Office Administrator
I have been married for 10 years, have two children ages 19 and 30, and am originally from New Carlisle, Indiana. I have been working in an Office and Administrative work capacity since 1986. I started my career by working 5 years as Director of Emergency Management. I am proud to say I followed that by 15 years as a volunteer in Emergency Management. I had started as a secretary and worked my way up the ranks to Director of Emergency Management. I graduated from Lee County School of Practical Nursing in 1986, however I made the decision to make a change and go into business.
I found my calling when I started at the Elkhart Division of the S.M. Osgood Company in 2005 as the Office Administrator. Here I am in charge of Customer Service and Sales Support. I am responsible for Inventory maintenance, and forecasting. I also work closely as a support person for our warehouse staff on warranty, shipping and receiving issues. I manage the house accounts and create monthly sales reports.
